Illustration of a futuristic warrior silhouette with elegant witch-inspired outfit accents for Stellar Blade Bayonetta crossover

The Stellar Blade Bayonetta crossover is live. On 5 November 2026 Shift Up shipped free Couture Bullet outfits on PS5 and PC, and launched Stellar Blade Complete Edition on Nintendo Switch 2 with NieR, NIKKE and Bayonetta content bundled in. Here is what GoPlays11 confirmed from the patch notes and official announcements.

Stellar Blade Bayonetta crossover: free outfits now available

Siliconera reports that the collaboration, first teased alongside the Switch 2 Complete Edition plans, is now fully detailed in Shift Up’s social posts and patch notes. Push Square confirms the outfits are free for existing players and arrived with the Switch 2 port.

MP1st lists the PS5 download as update 1.015 | 01.015.000 and the PC build as version 1.5.0. The Bayonetta collaboration costumes include:

  • Four Couture Bullet nanosuits: Bayonetta, Jeanne, Nun, and Black Tresses
  • Two pairs of glasses: Bayonetta’s Glasses and Nun’s Glasses
  • Two pairs of earrings: Bayonetta’s Earrings and Jeanne’s Earrings

Siliconera notes that the Black Tresses variant is the new original look, designed by Shift Up president Kim Hyung Tae, while the others draw on Bayonetta series characters and outfits. Push Square likewise describes Black Tresses as Shift Up’s original design.

What else the 5 November patch fixed

Beyond cosmetics, MP1st reprints bug fixes that vary slightly by platform. Highlights include a side quest that stalled after collecting two Memory Sticks, Emil getting stuck on a southern Wasteland cliff, Eve’s hairstyle missing in Equipment and Repair Console screens, Adam’s Data Bank entry, and cosmetic preview mismatches. On Steam Deck, Steam Input icons now match the connected controller. Siliconera adds Switch 2-specific notes: a Frame Generation toggle in Display, improved stability, and graphic bug fixes.

Switch 2 Complete Edition: NieR, NIKKE and Bayonetta included

Shift Up’s Games Press release says Stellar Blade Complete Edition launched globally on Nintendo Switch 2 via the eShop on 5 November 2026 — the game’s Nintendo debut. The Complete Edition includes:

  • NieR:Automata DLC — Emil’s Shop, 2B and A2 outfits for Eve, a 9S outfit for Lily, Emil headwear for Adam, and Pod 042 drone skin unlocks.
  • GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE DLC — a crossover expansion with Scarlet, new costume and hairstyle rewards, shooting-range mini-games, a shop and fishing collectibles.
  • Bayonetta collaboration — the same four Couture Bullet-inspired outfits; the release also states the collab is available as a free update on PC and PlayStation 5.

A free demo of the Complete Edition is available on the Nintendo eShop, per the same announcement, covering the opening section of Eve’s campaign.

How to get the outfits

On PS5 and PC, update to the latest patch and claim the collaboration cosmetics through the in-game wardrobe once the content is enabled — Push Square and MP1st both describe the drop as part of the free update, not a paid store pack. On Switch 2, owners of Complete Edition receive the Bayonetta outfits alongside the NieR and NIKKE DLCs that ship in the box. Shift Up’s Games Press note also points to a free Complete Edition demo on the Nintendo eShop if you want to sample the opening campaign before buying.

Siliconera’s platform notes are useful for Switch 2 owners chasing smoother handheld play: Frame Generation can be toggled in Display, and the launch build includes stability and graphic fixes on top of the costume pack. PS5 and PC players mainly care about the cosmetics and the Emil, hair-preview and Data Bank fixes listed above.

Why it matters

For PS5 and PC owners, the Bayonetta drop is a no-cost wardrobe refresh that coincides with Switch 2’s portable Complete Edition push. For Nintendo players, it is the first time Stellar Blade arrives with its major crossovers already in the box. GoPlays11 will keep tracking console ports and collabs in our Console section, including other Switch 2 news such as the Ocarina of Time remake changes.
