Search results for Goplay and GoPlay11 often show several apps and APK pages that look related but are not the same product. Package names are the clearest way to tell them apart. This GoPlays11 investigation lists lookalike Goplay apps and package names that have shown up on public trackers, and explains why that matters under India’s Online Gaming Act. We do not host files and we do not promote money games.
Legal note for readers in India: The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 came into force on 1 May 2026. Together they ban online money games: any online game where you pay a fee or deposit money hoping to win money back. The ban covers games of skill, chance or both, and it includes paid fantasy sports contests. The Act also bans advertising these games and bars banks and payment services from processing payments for them. A challenge to the Act is pending before the Supreme Court. As of early November 2026, no final ruling has been reported, so the law applies in full. Free-to-play games with no stakes are not covered by the ban. This is general information, not legal advice.

Lookalike Goplay apps: why package names matter
Every Android app has a unique package name, such as com.example.app. Two installers can share an icon and the word “Goplay” and still be completely different apps if their package names differ. When money, OTPs or Accessibility permissions are involved, that difference is the first fact you should check, not the last.
Under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (MeitY PDF) and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 (Akashvani News), paid fantasy contests count as banned online money games in India. That legal pressure has pushed many real-money pages offline, and lookalike domains and APKs have filled the gap in search results for Goplay-related queries.
Package names seen on public trackers
We do not install unverified APKs. The rows below come from public app-data pages that anyone can open. Treat them as examples of name collision, not as a download list.
| Listing name | Package name | What trackers reported | Status note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Goplay (Cairo Works) | com.goplay11.goplaygoplay11 |
AppBrain listed a casual slot-style game, not a fantasy cricket app, with roughly 28,000 installs before removal | Removed from Google Play around August 2026 |
| Goplay : Goplay 11 (Gathiyawad) | com.goplay.goplayghj5 |
About 5,900 downloads; ~17.71 MB file size reported by trackers | Removed on 16 April 2026 |
| Unrelated GoPlay brands | Various | Gojek’s GoPlay streaming (Indonesia) and GoPlay Belgium TV apps use the same brand word in other markets | Not linked to GoPlay11 fantasy listings |
Those two tracker rows alone show why “Goplay” in a title is not proof of a single product. One listing was a casual slot-style game; another used a different package and a different developer string. Neither matches an official fantasy-cricket Play listing that we can verify today.
How lookalikes show up in search
- Exact-match domains that rearrange “goplay”, “goplay11” or “apk” into a new URL.
- APK mirrors that host many unrelated packages under one brand search.
- Affiliate review pages that copy each other’s screenshots and “official” language.
- Chat funnels that move you from a webpage into Telegram or WhatsApp before any installer appears.
If two pages claim to be the same GoPlay11 app but show different package names, file sizes or developers, at least one of them is wrong. Often both are. Start with our hub GoPlay11 guide and the brand overview at Goplay before you trust a random mirror.
What to check before you trust a listing
- Does the page name a registered company, address and grievance officer?
- Does it open a real Google Play or App Store listing, or only a mirror?
- Does it ask for UPI, OTP, SMS or Accessibility access “to verify”?
- Does it push a deposit before you can try anything free?

Why it matters
Lookalike package names are how copycat apps ride a popular search term like Goplay. Spotting them early protects your phone and your payment details. GoPlays11 will keep publishing clear, non-promotional checks like this one.
Frequently asked questions
Are all GoPlay11 package names the same app?
No. Public trackers have listed different package names under similar titles. Different packages mean different apps.
Is there an official Google Play fantasy cricket listing for GoPlay11?
We have not found a current official Play listing for a GoPlay11 fantasy cricket app. Past Play listings that used the Goplay name were removed and were not fantasy cricket products.
Should I install an APK to compare package names?
No. Compare public tracker pages and store records. Do not sideload files to ‘test’ them.
Does a Goplay logo prove the listing is real?
No. Icons and brand words are easy to copy. Trust the package name, store record and company details instead.
